Countryside Day
On Wednesday Silver Birch class thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Duncombe Park for this year's 'Countryside Day' . They participated in lots of fabulous outdoor learning activities including pretending to milk cows, making small clay pots, visiting the 'Secret Garden' and learning about how we should look after the countryside. Although it rained a lot the children demonstrated excellent resilience and completed the walk there and back with smiles on their faces. It was a great day out! ๐
Eden Camp
๐โจ What a fantastic day for Maple & Sycamore! โจ๐
On Wednesday, our Maple and Sycamore classes had an unforgettable visit to Eden Camp ๐ฌ๐ง
They stepped back in time and learned all about life during the war, explored the Heritage Hall of Army vehicles ๐, and discovered so many fascinating stories from the past.
And of courseโฆ no trip would be complete without some time on the playground to finish the day with smiles all round! ๐
๐ฌ Ask the children about their favourite part โ weโre sure theyโll have lots to share!

Bikeability
๐ดโโ๏ธ Year 6 Bikeability ๐ดโโ๏ธ
Our Year 6 children have been taking part in their Bikeability sessions this week, learning the skills and confidence they need to cycle safely on the roads. From road awareness and signalling to safe junctions and manoeuvres, the children have worked brilliantly and shown great responsibility throughout.
A huge well done to everyone involved for their enthusiasm and excellent attitude! ๐
