Our Key Person System

At our nursery, every child is supported by their own Key Person - a familiar and trusted adult who takes special responsibility for their well-being, learning, and development. The Key Person builds a close, nurturing relationship with each child, helping them to feel safe, settled, and valued as part of our nursery community.

Your child’s Key Person will also work in partnership with you, sharing information and insights to ensure we understand and meet your child’s individual needs. A member of our team is always available at drop-off and pick-up times for quick chats, updates, or to answer any questions.
